Meet Evan Fischer, one of our Trust and Investment Business Development Officers!

Evan has 12 years of experience in banking, with a degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Retirement Services Professional, helping employers and employees take advantage of qualified retirement plan benefits. Evan’s primary office is in Coshocton, Ohio, but he also serves surrounding communities throughout Northeast Ohio.

Evan shared, “The most rewarding part of my job is educating and empowering people. My goal is to take away the complexity around retirement plans and accounts and show them how to save money and achieve their goals.”

Evan’s best banking advice is to have an emergency fund that covers 3-6 months of expenses. He is committed to a personalized service level where clients have his direct number and email. He feels that personal relationships are built on trust and expertise should not be rare.

Evan is a multiple recipient of the Peoples Bank President’s Club, which is given out semi-annually to associates who have over-achieved their goals and/or were key contributors who delivered an extraordinary effort on special initiatives. He is also actively involved in the community as a volunteer member of River View Community Park Board, a Board Member & VP for River View Local School District, and a Board Member & VP for Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce.

In his free time, traveling is his favorite thing to do. Some of his favorite travels were antelope hunting in Wyoming and driving over 900 miles on the Pacific Coast Highway in California.
